Building BLT Americas
Developing a regional customer base, distributor relationships and commercial presence for industrial metal additive manufacturing.
Read case study ↗My work spans industrial market development, technical problem-solving, digital tools and community initiatives. Here are selected examples of what I have helped build and what I’m currently exploring.

Industrial market growth, engineering-led commercialization and software shaped by field experience.

Bringing industrial technology into new markets takes technical understanding, customer trust and disciplined commercial execution.

Regional market development, customer relationships, channel partnerships, trade-show representation and technical-commercial execution for industrial additive manufacturing.
At BLT, I built a regional customer base from the ground up, with US$1 million+ in sales within my first six months, evidenced by signed customer orders and associated invoices, followed by second-year sales four times first-year sales.

An internal operating platform for Thompson Transportation Technologies, connecting customer records, opportunities, jobs, scheduling, expenses and operational information. Built for an active automotive technology and services business, with development continuing as operations evolve.
An approach to interpreting CAD and 3D model files, surfacing dimensions and engineering metrics, and supporting clearer technical assessments.
Exploring match data and visualization to better understand darts performance and improvement over time.

Community energy, practical making and meaningful causes.

Building digital tools for darts organizers and players, including player records, league administration, events, tournament structures and results. Developed around real community workflows rather than general-purpose sports software.

A darts-focused community and platform initiative around leagues, tournaments, streaming, sponsorship and the growth of the game.

Using 3D printing, rapid prototyping and a maker’s perspective to explore repairs and practical community-oriented solutions.
Some of the most useful things I have worked on began outside a formal job description. The through-line is practical: recognize a recurring problem, understand the people facing it and make something they can actually use.
These are four different kinds of work. A community initiative is not a software product; a private build is not a public release; and an exploration is not a finished platform.
Making room for more people to find a game, compete and stay connected to the darts community.
A local darts community involves much more than the match itself. Players need ways to discover leagues and tournaments; organizers need consistent information; and events need clear communication.
Space City Darts connects my own competitive interest with community-building, events, streaming and exploring the practical infrastructure around leagues and tournaments.
A community and platform initiative, not a claim that every proposed event feature has launched or that an unverified attendance, sponsorship or financial outcome was achieved.
Exploring better digital infrastructure for the people who organize and play darts.
Leagues and tournaments involve player records, schedules, formats, results and follow-up communication. Fragmented tools make this work harder to understand and manage.
Shape a private-preview workspace around those community workflows: player information, league administration, event structures and results. The aim is useful operations, not technology for its own sake.
NEXUS is presented as an active private preview. No public sign-up, production adoption, verified user counts or mature software capabilities are promised here.
Turning disconnected industrial market information into a more usable research and decision workspace.
Industrial market planning draws on accounts, facilities, applications, equipment, competitors and source quality. Information spread across files makes relationships and gaps harder to see.
A private data-backed intelligence tool organized around commercial research questions. Accounts, markets, installed technologies and evidence coverage are approached as connected information rather than isolated lists.
A working, actively developed private platform. No customer records, private datasets, fixed account totals or unverified commercial returns are published.
Exploring how structured match information could help players better understand practice and competition.
What could scoring patterns, finishing decisions and match context reveal about consistency, pressure and improvement when viewed over time?
Begin with useful questions, sensible match-data definitions and simple visualizations before assuming that additional tracking or sophisticated predictions would help.
This is an exploration. The portfolio does not claim an available app, predictive accuracy, live integrations, published research or measured improvement.
Start with people and the decisions they make. Describe the problem accurately. Develop only what the evidence supports. Keep the distinction between working software, private work and early concepts visible.
Photography elsewhere on this page supplies editorial context; it should not be read as a screenshot of NEXUS, Atlas or Dart Analytics, or as proof of a particular event or customer engagement. Project status descriptions are deliberately conservative.
Some entries describe work completed during employment; others are independent systems and community initiatives at various stages of development. They should not be read as equivalent client engagements. References to former employers and partners provide professional context, not organizational endorsement of this personal portfolio.
Selected professional contributions made within previous employers, framed around responsibilities, applications and owner-approved achievements. Client identities and confidential work are not disclosed.
View market development ↗Projects including Atlas and TTT-OS are described with their present purpose and private/internal scope. CAD evaluation, automation and darts analytics include concepts and explorations, not claims of finished public products.
Explore technology work ↓Community work reflects darts involvement, organizing and experimentation with practical tools. Activities and proposed platforms are described separately from documented commercial outcomes.
Explore community work ↓A useful project story explains the problem, what I contributed and how the work progressed. In industrial engagements, that sometimes means sharing the approach rather than confidential customer details.
Technology concepts are identified as concepts. If you want to understand the work behind a particular initiative, I’m happy to discuss what can be shared.
